I'm a happily married mom of one, a hairstylist of 28 years, and I've proudly owned my own salon for the past 13 years.

Six years ago, life reminded me that our health can change in an instant. Today, I'm incredibly grateful to be in remission, but that journey changed the way I think about work, income, and the future.

I absolutely love being behind the chair. My salon isn't something I wanted to leave, it's part of who I am. But I also know that hairstyling is physically demanding, and I don't want my family's future to depend solely on how many hours I can stand behind a chair.

So I made a decision.

Instead of walking away from the business I love, I chose to digitalise my existing passion by building an additional income stream alongside my salon.
